2 Princes Cottages is situated within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, offering spectacular countryside and sea views. The property is nestled right on the coast, just a short 10-15 minutes away from the coast path. We are pleased to offer our home for 7, 14, and 21 night stays, with Saturdays as the arrival and departure days for all bookings during the high season. In the low season, we are very happy to accommodate short mid-week and weekend breaks of 3 nights+.
The house offers all of the facilities you wish for to enjoy an idyllic stay in South Devon. Admire the gorgeous scenery from the first floor balcony, in the comfort of the large eight-person hot tub. The property accommodates eight guests, across four beautiful bedrooms.
There is almost an acre of gardens to enjoy whilst you are here, perfect for family groups and those looking to enjoy the great outdoors. In the winter months, take advantage of the numerous relaxation areas and cosy lounge with an open fire. The house is in a secluded location, with just one neighbouring property, and is accessed via a quiet country lane.
We are also pleased to be a dog-friendly property (ground floor and gardens only) and your four-legged friend will usually receive a little gift on arrival. There are dog-friendly beaches within walking distance and the large, enclosed garden is perfect for them to run around.
